Chantal Leven
Chantal Leven is a certified life coach with over 20 years experience in working with individuals and groups to help them make lasting changes on all levels – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Using a health and wellness framework that she has developed over the years, her holistic approach empowers clients to tap into their own individual strengths to manifest results in alignment with their goals.
Chantal has a bachelor’s degree from Skidmore College in Psychology and Business and has received numerous coaching accreditations: Coaches Training Institute; Corporate Coach University; Career Coaching Institute; Clark Training & Consulting; and ASTD Certifications.
Chantal has worked closely with senior-level managers and executives in both the corporate and non-profit sectors to design and deliver customized training and consulting programs. Clients have included Arrow Press, First Albany Investments, Henderson Consulting, Westoil, Expert Entreprises, Millcare (a division of Herman Miller Corporation), the Berkshire Chamber of Commerce, Legacy Banks, GLV Corporation, Johann Gerbler architect, Communication for Connection and Michael McCan Consulting firm.
She is the co-founder of a local chapter of the International Coaching Federation, and has co-led monthly meetings for other coaches that focused on developing coaching and business skills.
Passionately committed to her own practice and growth, Chantal is also a certified Anusara Yoga teacher, a Shake Your Soul Dance Teacher, and an Expressive Arts and Movement Therapist. She is currently enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition’s Health Coaching Program and plans on offering nutrition classes and programs in the near future.
Most recently, Chantal’s personal experience in dealing with both Lyme disease and Epstein-Barr has taught her that there is much more to wellness than just daily exercise and proper diet. Deep-seated beliefs and energetic blocks based on unexplored experiences can interfere with health. After an eight-month recovery plan that combined appropriate supplements, body-centered Gestalt therapy, energy healing and physical therapy, she is now fully recovered, brimming with a renewed conviction of the power of body-mind connection.
Originally from Montreal, Chantal now makes her home in the beautiful Berkshires of Western Massachusetts with her husband, Dan Leven, and their two dogs, Chloe and Lola. In 2006 they founded Rhythms, a mind body fitness & wellness studio in Lenox. Along with an experienced faculty, they offer yoga, dance and fitness classes for adults and children.
Chantal invites you to participate in uplifting classes at their studio and is thrilled to be launching Ignite Your Life Coaching to share her passion for helping others realize their own dreams. She is currently offering personalized coaching onsite at Rhythms (or via telephone) that will inspire you to maintain a healthy body/mind and celebrate your heart's deepest desire.
