Our 6-step coaching process
1) Clarify what you want
The vision of what you want already lives within you. Let it come forward by looking inward and giving yourself permission to speak your truth without making compromises. In both individual and optional group coaching you will be supported 100 percent.
2) Establish the structure
You will learn to create a
structure that works for you. This
will include a balance of exercise,
nutrition, deliberate thinking, a focus on your particular strengths and other key ingredients to cultivate focus and overcome obstacles.
3) Set goals
The power of goal setting is that it gives your mind something of value to focus on, and once you decide what you want, the universe has a way of making things happen. When your goals are deeply connected to your truth, people and events will line up with you to help you reach your destination.
4) Be in the process
When you mobilize to create change on all levels, you will encounter resistance. But the power of mindful awareness is a piercing weapon. Let your inner guidance dictate the truth, allowing old beliefs to slide away. Feel connected to the flow of your own life.
5) Overcome limitations
Learn to let go of beliefs that no longer serve you and to release patterns that are holding you back.
6) Celebrate your accomplishments!

What is a typical coaching schedule?
Step 1: We start with a free 30-minute phone or in-person coaching consultation to determine whether Ignite Your Life Coaching is right for you.
Step 2: Two-hour intake session to establish the foundation and framework for the upcoming 3 or 6 months
Step 3: Weekly or bi-weekly 45-minute sessions by phone or in person.
What is the time commitment?
3 months for life coaching and 6 months for health and wellness coaching.
