Who said that working out had to be boring and tedious? Here at Rhythms we challenge this concept. We have developed a new model to help you increase your cardiovascular capacity, strength and flexibility without burning out. Discover vitality, not exhaustion, as you follow your breath and bring consciousness into your workouts. Being mindful means being present in the moment: to what is happening right now (sensations, feelings and thoughts) and expanding your limitations without force. Invite your body, mind and spirit to grow stronger and more vital with one of our mind body fitness classes.

Here are some classes that we offer:.

Cycle & Sculpt - A great cardio, strengthening and stretching class! On the bike for 30 minutes of cardio and then off the bike for 30 minutes of sculpting with weights, bands and balls. A final core pilates workout will be followed by deeper yoga postures. You will leave feeling strong, supple and energized. View our guidelines for indoor cycling

Dance & Sculpt - an exhilarating  combination of belly dance, salsa, African, ballet barre exercises, sculpting and toning with weights, ending with pilates and yoga.

Goddess Bootcamp - Join certified trainer/Yoga instructor Jill Fleming in finding your optimal well being and best body ever. Goddess Bootcamp is a guided exercise program that incorporates hiking or indoor cardio, yoga, free weights and alignment principles. In an encouraging and supportive environment, you will practice intentional movement to reach beyond your perceived limitations. Focused Fitness at it's best -prepare to sweat!

Kickboxing & Yoga - Join us for a 30 min cardio fitness kickboxing and 30 min. power yoga. This fun and dynamic class will have you feeling strong supple and heart happy.

Mindful Indoor Cycling - To the rhythm of your breath and music, get into gear and work yourself up and down the hills while finding peace inside. In some classes we will blend a yoga flow at the end for complete workout. Moderate to Vigorous. View our guidelines for indoor cycling

Pilates - Matwork classes at the Essential/Intermediate level will take you through a dynamic, full-body workout that focuses on improving flexibility and core strength, with exercises that stretch and tone all muscle groups. Programming may vary from session to session to include, stability balls, foam rollers, flex-band exercisers and small toning balls.

Workout for a change - In this class you will use your workout- cycling/sculpting/yoga to set and reach a goal in your life. Whether you want to lose weight, change a habit, rebalance your life, you will channel the energy of your workout to get clarity on what you want and commit to directing your energy outside of the class to workout. This class will develop core strength to centralize the power, and yoga to open up to your intuition and inner guidance. Commitment is needed to this class in order to reach what you want. A journal will be provided. 

Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. The goal is simple: to work out, to love working out and to get hooked on Zumba® . Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
