Welcome to Rhythms, a mind body fitness & wellness studio

We hope that after you join us for any of our yoga, dance, cycling or drumming classes you and/or your child will leave feeling good about yourself.

Our mission is to help support, balance, strengthen and energize your body, emotions, mind and spirit. We provide you with a fertile ground to let your natural radiance and essence blossom.

We apply the yogic principles of breath, mindfulness and connection to spirit throughout all of our classes. We offer educational classes, workshops and lectures on different topics like nutrition, stress management and mindfulness in daily life. We strive to do our best and always welcome feedback to do better.
