There has never been a stronger medium than dance, movement and music to increase coordination, health and self esteem in children! At Rhythms we believe that dance, yoga and drumming support children in developing a stronger sense of self. Multiple studies have demonstrated that the benefits to physically active kids go beyond the physical. Their ability to concentrate improves, their creativity expands, their sense of self in the world becomes clearer and their ability to relate to others increases. What better time than at a young age to feel good about your body and at ease with yourself.
