Weaving together aspects of Body-Centered Psychotherapy, Polyvagal Theory, mindfulness, and Expressive Arts Therapy, Dan helps clients to bring awareness and healing to what holds us back from feelings of integration, aliveness, and personal power.
Holistic Medical Healing is a practice that incorporates a wide range of healing modalities including: homeopathic medicine and flower remedies, herbal medicine, nutritional counseling and supplements, stress management and relaxation training, and Reiki. Holistic and homeopathic medicine has helped with many medical conditions in people of all ages, including chronic pain, insomnia, high blood pressure, asthma and allergies, anxiety and depression, hormonal imbalance and digestive problems.
Rhythms massage sessions incorporate a wide range of massage modalities that Jennifer will choose from to create a customized treatment session just for you. These modalities include Swedish, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Deep tissue: Trigger point deactivation, Neuromuscular therapy (NMT); Myofascial release, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Postural Integration (PI), Chinese Acupressure, Positional Release, Japanese neck towel stretches, active/passive sports stretching and CBD oil.
